Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At PlaceMantra (Smart Tank Education), our training programs are designed to be affordable, subscription-based, and socially driven, with a focus on long-term learning and community well-being.

🔁 Subscription & Auto-Pay Model
- Some of our programs operate on a subscription or auto-pay basis.
- Subscription charges are billed periodically as per the plan selected by the user.
- Users can choose to stop future subscriptions by informing us in advance, as per the plan terms.
❌ Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for:
- Subscription fees
- Attended or missed sessions
- Digital content, learning materials, or updates already shared
This applies even if the user does not attend a scheduled session.
🔄 Session Cancellation & Rescheduling
- In case a session is cancelled by PlaceMantra / Smart Tank Education, it will be rescheduled to a later date.
- No monetary refund is issued for cancelled sessions.
- Rescheduled sessions remain valid for enrolled or subscribed users.
🚫 Non-Refundable Nature of Services
Our offerings include:

- Continuous learning updates
- Access to curated information and materials
Due to the low-cost and ongoing nature of these services, all payments are treated as non-refundable.
